Order confirmation

BOFF is considering that once the 50% account is paid, the order is placed.

Order execution time

Orders are being shipped in a 4 to 6 weeks delay, once the 50% account is paid.

Highly personalized orders may result in longer delivery times. An update on the current lead time is being sent to all our customers. Changes to a confirmed order will affect the delivery date and can incur charges.

Pricing

All prices are listed in the catalog and are subject to change within thirty (30) days.

Terms

All orders received will be accepted and processed only if the information complies with the current policy. Acceptance of any order by BOFF assumes buyer agrees to comply with all standard practices and policies of BOFF. BOFF reserves the right to sell directly to all government agencies and major contractors, resellers and distributors. BOFF is not responsible for loss, damage or delay caused by fire, flood, strike, embargo, car shortage, wreck or transport delay or any other cause beyond our control.

Order Cancelations

If an order needs to be cancelled, contact your BOFF representative immediately. Cancellation will be accepted up to 24 hours after receipt of the order, free of charge. Subsequently, the order is being considered in production. If an order in production needs to be canceled, a fee will be charged. The charges for which the dealer is responsible are determined by the invested cost of labor and materials, up to the point of cancellation. Charges may reach the full value of the order if canceled too late, at the sole discretion of BOFF.
